I used to find it hard to let go of things (people, awkward situations, expectations etc) and get stuck in control. But since I did the body scan with Naomi it's been already so much better because we discovered where it came from. Once you are aware of the underlying issue it doesn't have to be a problem anymore. Also It is much easier for me now to stay true to myself and tell my boyfriend how I really feel now we only got closer to each other. He was even telling me that I look different and he likes this whole 'feminine energy' thing haha.
